Four DWF Solicitors gave back some voluntary time to help out at the group last week. We set up a speed date style interview session all morning where all the candidates had the opportunity to rotate around the DWF staff for brief interviews.
Candidates had the opportunity to build on their interview skills training and planning with lively and fast paced question and answer sessions. The opportunity to ‘step outside of the comfort zone’ for people who haven’t been interviewed, in some cases, for many years was both useful and much appreciated.
DWF gave us some really positive and honest feedback to the group which they can take away and build on for future interview experiences. Volition would like to thank DWF for giving up a little time for the benefit of our candidates’ progression and Employability skills.
We will hopefully be working together in the near future on our gardening projects around the cathedral and on the Printworks.
