Colin Fry

Colin Fry has demonstrated outstanding commitment to the Cathedral Volunteer Programme over a period of 6 months and would make an equally outstanding member of staff for your team.

John Emsley, Volition Volunteer Coordinator:

‘Colin has been volunteering at Manchester Cathedral since August 2017, where I am Volunteer Coordinator. During this time, he has demonstrated himself to be a highly dependable individual who is willing to get involved with a range of duties and has never missed a shift.

Colin is an asset to the Cathedral’s Volunteer Team. He is always courteous, cheerful and willing to assist with any task. In addition, Colin is motivated and interested in learning and self-development. To this end, he has supported in a number of volunteer roles in both hands on and administrative capacities.

He is well presented and has excellent interpersonal skills. Colin is now looking for a suitable employment opportunity where he can showcase and develop his skills to the benefit of an employing organisation.

He is particularly interested in people facing customer service or administrative roles where he can hit the ground running. He is not afraid of a challenge and would assimilate into a new team and learn new processes and procedures quickly.

I personally recommend him to any future employer.’
